Japanese Tea

Our Japanese teas come from Wada Choji Shoten, a Shizuoka tea merchant founded in 1950 that has spent decades pursuing exceptional tea alongside local tea growers.
Today, tea selection is led by third-generation owner Natsuki Wada, winner of the 2024 National Tea Appraisal Skills Competition, who carefully evaluates each tea with a highly trained and discerning palate.

We invite you to enjoy the distinctive character and flavor of teas shaped by Shizuoka’s unique terroir and the dedication of its tea producers.

Taiwanese Tea

Taiwanese tea encompasses a remarkable range of styles, from oolong and black tea to green tea and beyond.
The teas we share are sourced directly from tea farmers in Yilan, Hsinchu, and Nantou—producers we have visited and worked with personally. Among them are award-winning tea makers and respected competition judges, each dedicated to expressing the unique character of their region through tea.
As family-run farms, they are deeply committed to preserving their tea gardens, knowledge, and traditions for future generations. We invite you to enjoy these thoughtfully crafted teas and the stories behind them.
