About This Tea
This tea combines organic Jin Xuan black tea from the mountain foothills of Dongshan, Yilan, with fresh edible roses grown in Changhua, Taiwan. Crafted using the traditional Yin Zhi (窨製) scenting method, the tea naturally absorbs the fragrance of fresh rose blossoms, creating a delicate and elegant floral character.

1st Infusion
95°C • 60 sec

2nd Infusion
95°C • 50 sec

3rd Infusion
98°C • 60 sec

4th Infusion onward
Add 15 sec to each infusion.

Multiple infusions recommended.

Cold Brew
5 g tea • 500–700 ml water

Steep in the refrigerator for 6 hours or longer.
