Plants:
- We take pride in the health and high quality of our plants and do our very best to only sell healthy, thriving plants. Plants are a perishable natural product, all sales are final. No exceptions.
- *** After 14 days, orders that weren’t picked up will be cancelled and refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

Hard goods:
- Refund or store credit on items returned within 10 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for refund or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.
- To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom orders
Do you take orders for custom-made pottery?
Yes, we do! Handmade pottery takes a lot of time so please give us at least 3 weeks to complete your order. We request a 50% deposit.
Delivery
What locations are eligible for local delivery?
The local delivery service that is able to hand-deliver your order within the Toronto downtown area: east of Keele, south of Lawrence, and west of Carlaw. There is a fee of $12 and up, depending on the size of your delivery. PLANTS ONLY.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Deliveries require a minimum order of $30 before tax.
