Live Hōjicha Roasting – Experience the captivating aroma as organic tea leaves are roasted in front of you before brewing, revealing warm, toasty notes and a smooth, comforting finish.
Machiko Sencha – A rare and highly aromatic sencha cultivar from Shizuoka with elegant floral notes and natural sweetness.
Vintage Aged Gyokuro – Carefully aged to develop extraordinary depth, rich umami, and a lingering sweetness.

To conclude the experience, enjoy the brewed gyokuro leaves served with ponzu and katsuobushi (bonito flakes)—a traditional Japanese way to appreciate every part of the tea.

Your experience includes:

Milk Oolong – Naturally creamy, floral, and beautifully balanced.
Pomelo Black Tea – Organic black tea traditionally scented with fresh pomelo flowers using the centuries-old Yin Zhi (scenting) method, creating delicate floral aromas with bright citrus notes.
Oriental Beauty (Three-Flower Award Winner) – A naturally leafhopper-bitten oolong served both hot and cold, allowing you to fully appreciate its remarkable complexity. Discover layers of wild honey, muscat grape, and ripe stone fruit, and experience how the aromas and flavors evolve with temperature.

Minimum: 2 guests per session

$60 + HST per person

Group Rates
2 guests: $120 + HST
3 guests: $165 + HST
4 guests: $220 + HST

Pricing reflects a reduced per-person rate for groups of three or more.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change.

To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your scheduled session. Refunds will be issued minus a 3% transaction fee, which is charged by our payment processor and is non-refundable to us.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 5 days of the session are non-refundable. However, your booking is fully transferable, and you're welcome to send someone in your place.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at least 7 days before your scheduled session by emailing mikafleur@gmail.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Tea selections and seasonal tea snacks may vary depending on seasonal availability.

Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance.

After booking, please email mikafleur@gmail.com with your Tea Journey choice (Japanese or Taiwan) and any food allergies or dietary restrictions at least 7 days before your session so we can prepare your experience.
