Plants are living, perishable items.
All plant sales are final.

We take great care to ensure every plant is healthy and thriving before it leaves our shop.

 Returns (Hard Goods)

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

* Unused and in original condition
* In original packaging
* Accompanied by proof of purchase

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

All discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
