    Hojicha :The leaves of this green tea have been roasted at a high temperature, which gives the tea a coffee color and a pleasant nutty flavor. Because of this cooking process, Hojicha is very low in caffeine. This tea is ideal to accompany meals and perfect to drink in the evening.

    Preparation:

    1) Put the tea in a teapot. 1 teaspoon (about 5g) for 1 person.

    2) Pour water at a temperature of 95 degrees (180ml) into the teapot and leave to infuse for 30 seconds.

    3) Pour little by little, alternating between cups so that the tea is evenly distributed and the density of the tea is equal in each cup.

    3) Whisk the tea either with a tea whisk (chasen) or with an electric mixer.
