Hirota Glass - Karai Glass tumbler "Tokusa"

Hirota Glass was founded in Tokyo in 1899. It is one of the oldest glass manufacturers in Tokyo. Glass manufacturing, introduced from Europe in the modern age, has fused with the Japanese sense of beauty and developed a uniquely Japanese design. Hirota Glass has continued to produce products that harmonize with modern interiors by inheriting traditional handcrafted manufacturing techniques such as Edo faceting and blown glass, based on valuable design documents handed down in the company since its foundation.

Karai (花蕾) - This product combines the soft and graceful form of a flower bud with the traditional glass expressions that Hirota Glass has been exploring (Edo Kiriko, Taisho-Roman, Edo glass, and pierced glass). The narrowed shape of the mouth is recommended for drinks with rich aroma.
