1. Light: This plant loves bright, indirect light. A spot where it can receive plenty of light without being in the direct sun is ideal. Too much direct sunlight can scorch its leaves, while too little light may cause it to grow slowly and lose the intensity of its leaf patterns.

2. Water: Keep the soil consistently moist, but not waterlogged. Water your Amydrium when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch. It’s better to water thoroughly, allowing excess water to drain away, ensuring that the roots aren’t sitting in water.

3. Humidity: Amydrium medium 'Silver' appreciates a humid environment, which you can provide by placing a humidifier nearby, misting the plant regularly, or placing it on a pebble tray filled with water. High humidity will help in keeping the leaves lush and healthy.

4. Soil: Use a well-draining, airy potting mix. A mix designed for aroids, containing peat, perlite, and some orchid bark, works well for maintaining the balance between moisture retention and drainage.

5. Feeding: During the growing season (spring and summer), you can feed your plant every month with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer diluted to half the recommended strength. Avoid fertilizing in the winter when the plant’s growth naturally slows down.
