6" Ficus rubber tineke

Rubber tree is also known as a Ficus Elastica. This spectacular indoor plants are tree-like plants that are known for their great height and beautiful thick, glossy leaves. These plants also comes in different varieties and colours that complement any home decor theme. 

Light: Your Rubber Tree will grow best with consistent, bright indirect light. They can tolerates lower lights but the more variegated varieties need more light to help bring out their colours, so make sure they especially get enough bright light.

Water: Water when the top 50-75% of soil becomes dry, then throughly drench until the water drains into the saucer. Empty the saucer if the water level is high so as not drown the roots.

Humidity: As a native to the tropics, your Rubber Tree will appreciate you misting its eaves to increase humidity.

Toxicity: Rubber Tree leaves are mildly toxic to humans and pets.

Special tip: Your Rubber Tree is strong and sturdy but doesn't like change, so pick a bright spot and let it do its thing!
